Tour Service

Our utmost goal at Bali Bedira Trans is to deliver an exceptional experience for our customers, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable tour. Feel free to reach out to us if you have any questions, concerns, or special requests.All tours start from Bali, and we are happy to accommodate any special requests you may have.

  • All tours are conducted in a private vehicle equipped with air conditioning and accompanied by an English-speaking driver-guide.
  • Bali Bedira Trans upholds transparent pricing, ensuring no hidden fees – all tour prices are clearly displayed on our website.

Booking Process

Booking a tour is effortless – simply fill out our booking form, send us an email, or message us on WhatsApp with the details of your desired trip. To avoid any disappointments and ensure availability, especially during busy travel seasons, we recommend booking your tour in advance.

To confirm a booking, a deposit of 50% of the total tour or service cost is required, and the remaining balance must be paid at the day of the tour and service or no later than 2 days before the scheduled start of the tour or service.

Privacy Policy

Bali Bedira Trans takes the privacy of your personal data very seriously. Your personal information will only be used to process your booking.

Terms of Payment

To make your payment experience hassle-free, we accept a variety of payment methods, including cash, PayPal, and bank transfers. Please note that additional fees may apply for certain payment methods.

  • Cash on Arrival: We accept cash payments for tour fees on the day of the tour. Our staff will collect the payment from you at the beginning of the tour. For your convenience and to comply with Bank Indonesia regulations, we recommend paying in Indonesian rupiah (IDR).
  • Bank Transfer: For bank transfers, we will send you our bank account details upon confirmation of your booking. Please ensure to reference your booking confirmation number when making the transfer.
  • Paypal: We accept payments through PayPal. Upon confirmation of your booking, we will send you an invoice with our PayPal details for payment. Please note that PayPal fees of 4.9% will apply.
  • Payment Deadline: To confirm your reservation, a 50% deposit is required upon booking. The remaining 50% of the total booking amount will be due at the time of your arrival.
  • Currency and Conversion Rates: All transactions will be processed in US Dollars. Please be aware that if your bank account or credit card is in a different currency, your bank or credit card issuer may apply a currency conversion fee, which may affect the final amount you pay.
  • Refunds and Cancellations: To receive a full refund, cancellations must be made more than 48 hours before the scheduled service start time. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled service start time will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total booking amount. No-shows will be charged the full booking amount. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the cancellation date.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation Period: You may cancel your booking and receive a full refund if done at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled start time of the service. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled start time will result in a 50% cancellation fee based on the total booking amount.
  • Cancellation Process: To initiate a cancellation, kindly reach out to us via email or phone, providing your booking details and the reason for cancellation.
  • Refunds: Refunds will be issued within 7-10 business days from the date of cancellation. Please be aware that the refunded amount may be subject to currency conversion and transaction fees (excluding payment processing fees).
  • Exceptions: Certain bookings, such as special events or group reservations, may be subject to unique cancellation policies. For detailed information, please consult the specific booking details.

Amendment to Cancellation Policy:

We retain the right to amend or revise this cancellation policy at our discretion. By confirming a booking with us, you acknowledge and accept the terms and conditions outlined in this cancellation policy.

Age and Health Limitations:

Certain tours or services may impose age or health constraints. Please consult the relevant tour or service page on our website or get in touch with us for detailed information.

While we take every reasonable precaution in conducting tours and services, we are not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages to persons or property, or for any delays, expenses, or inconveniences resulting directly or indirectly from events beyond our control. We strongly recommend customers obtain travel insurance to safeguard against unforeseen events.


For your safety and protection against unforeseen circumstances during the tour, all participants must possess insurance covering medical, surgical, and dental expenses, as well as additional costs, baggage, loss of money, personal accident, and personal liability.

We advise purchasing travel insurance meeting these requirements before commencing the tour for added security and peace of mind.

Please be aware that we assume no responsibility for injuries, losses, or damages incurred during the tour, and we urge all participants to secure adequate insurance coverage.


Customers will be informed of these tour or service conditions at the time of booking, in confirmation emails, or through other communications. Additionally, they are available on our website and other relevant pages.
