Full payment is required to confirm the booking unless otherwise agreed
Prices are quoted per person and valid as stated in the package
Tour is subject to weather and sea conditions
In case of unsafe conditions, especially for fast boat transfers to Nusa Penida, the tour may be rescheduled or canceled
Alternative dates or partial refund will be offered (excluding non-refundable components if any)
Itinerary may be adjusted depending on traffic, weather, or local conditions

Delays caused by third parties (e.g. boat operators) are beyond our control

Terms of Payment :

A 50% deposit is required upon booking. The remaining 50% of the total booking amount will be due at the time of your arrival.
We accept Cash on Arrival, Bank Trasfer, and Paypal. For your convenience and to comply with Bank Indonesia regulations, we recommend paying in Indonesian rupiah (IDR)
All transactions will be processed in Indonesian Rupiah. Please be aware that if your bank account or credit card is in a different currency, your bank or credit card issuer may apply a currency conversion fee, which may affect the final amount you pay.
To receive a full refund, cancellations must be made more than 72 hours before the scheduled service start time. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled service start time will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total booking amount. No-shows will be charged the full booking amount. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the cancellation date.
